Fashion X Houston Recap

Fashion X Houston Recap

Talk about a mouth dropping runway show! This was my first year attending Fashion X and it is by far one of the best runway shows I’ve ever attended in Houston. Not just for the talented selection of designers, but for the great vibes and amazing production. Fashion X presented Houston with 3 nights of high fashion. I attended the final night and must I say, I enjoyed every bit of it! Check out my favorite collections and pieces from Fashion X Houston’s final night.

Brittany Nicole

Kylie Bollwitt definitely rocked Day 1 of Fashion X with this custom made dress by Brittany Nicole. This piece from Nicole’s collection was premiered on Day 3 of Fashion X.

Brittany Nicole incorporated her beautiful handmade purses with floral touches by Floral Deisgner Eric Jentsch in her runway collection. These floral beauties definitely added a strike to the collection.

Amanda Valentine

Amanda Valentine's collection was a color blocking dream. Every piece in this collection could go from the runway straight to the streets. We’re talking date nights, girls night out, parties, brunch, and social events. You name it! Anywhere you wear these pieces, you will be a walking statement.

Daniel Esquivel

This lovely flowy cape dress by Daniel Esquivel gave the crowd chills as it floated across the runway. You seriously have to sport a hardcore smoky eye with this baby!

Nha Khanh displayed clean, minimalistic, and stylish looks. Khanh’s designs were feminine with an edgy touch. Pops of metallics throughout this collection was perfectly executed.

Mysterious by N.P.N

There was no other way to begin the show than with this classical beauty by Mysterious by N.P.N. It’s a black layered dream with gold finishes giving a sense of royalty through every inch of its layers.

What Did I Wear?

For my night at Fashion X, I decided to go with all black overalls from Forever 21 and metallic platform pumas (sold out) which I’ve worn back in the Metallic Rebel in the Summer article. Also, I’m rocking sequin sleeved blazer from Forever 21 (sold out) with faux fur purse from Forever 21 (sold out).
